His strategic thinking, creative output, and ability to forge strong working relationships with clients, many of whom are in the property industry, as well as management and suppliers has naturally progressed into running his own successful business.

Originally from the UK, Charmaine has become an integral part of the team for the past 5 years. An experienced marketeer, she brings a vibrant approach to client relations, ensuring their needs are met with the utmost diligence and expertise. Her role involves providing strategic guidance, nurturing long-term client relationships with satisfaction and success.

Studio Manager
Andrea oversees the traffic flow of work and maintains seamless operations between our suppliers and clients. With over 20 years of experience in the design industry, Andrea’s responsibilities include coordinating project timelines, ensuring the quality of deliverables, and optimising our studio’s workflow to meet the high standards our clients expect.
