MARX NOVEMBER HIGHLIGHTS
As we farewell another busy season, team Marx have been warming up some goodies for summer and look forward to sharing some very exciting new projects and business relationships over the coming weeks.
Having marketed over 100 property developments throughout Australia, we continue to master our craft in this space and look forward to launching a series of diverse developments across our unique region.
Soon to be released … a stunning medical & lifestyle precinct in Pelican Waters; a boutique apartment development project in Maroochydore; two residential towers in our new City Centre; an investor development project in Sippy Downs; a contemporary townhouse estate in Noosa; and a brand new land release in the Hunter Valley NSW.
Our close association to the real estate industry has also provided us the opportunity to develop 4 new business brands .. namely The McGill Group, Rowling & Co, Nicholl & Young Property and Adams & Jones; plus two strategic marketing campaigns which we look forward to rolling out in the new year. We have also been working in collaboration with a local consultancy group to tender a very exciting and ground breaking major infrastructure project here on the Coast – stay tuned!
Our medical portfolio has also expanded as we launch a new website for a leading Sunshine Coast Orthopaedic Surgeon – The Bone & Joint Clinic; a new brand design and signage for a Narangba medical centre, and preparing the final touches to a monumental Health Institute website.
Our diverse range of creative services across a broad range of industries have also provided Marx the opportunity to refresh the brand image of the Sunshine Coast’s largest gym; create a new business name and brand design for Mooloolaba’s first Blow Bar; develop a brandmark for a inaugural Wine Hosting Event, plus various brand designs and websites for local trade services who are now hitting the ground running with their new mark .. . Quick shout out to AC Plumbing, Hawko Lighting, The Draft Room and Apex Air & Electrical.
It’s all ‘systems go’ in the lead up to Christmas and we can’t wait to share our creative campaigns as we open the borders and re-unite with the rest of Australia.
